The latest recipient of the AeroTime Aviation Achievement Award, Erika Armstrong, became a pilot by accident. Her entry into the industry not only set the foundation for an exciting career, Erika made it her mission to support and help open up the industry to young people and women.

Through her work as a aviation professor and published author, Erika is keen to inspire young people to explore a range of careers in the aviation industry.
