Footage emerged on Wednesday that appeared to show the moment the Russian warplane was shot down over a field in Ukraine downed the planes using the HIMARS High Mobility Artillery Rocket System. Ukraine deploying effective air defences - downing several Russian fighter jets. The location of the Su-25 downing is believed to be near Kherson region.
