The B-2 Spirit is an iconic American stealth technology bomber, built during the Cold War. With a capacity for 2 crew members and 20 tons of cargo, it is capable of flying impressive distances without the need for in-flight refueling. Its unique flying-wing design makes it almost undetectable by conventional radar. The B-2 made its combat debut in the Kosovo War and was also used in the Iraq War, Afghanistan and Libya.

Although controversial due to its high production cost, approximately $2.1 billion, each plane, the B-2 Spirit remains an important military aircraft due to its unique ability to perform missions that other planes cannot, and is the most expensive aircraft in history.
