In the meantime, the Federal Government has denied mismanaging the 1.2 million dollars approved for the evacuation of Nigerians from war torn Sudan. The Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre, had accused the Nigerian government of coming up with a fake evacuation plan stating that some students paid money to the bus drivers conveying them to buy their way out of troubled Sudan.

The Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria and the Lagos State Building Control Agency in a joint statement on Sunday said 13 buildings in the estate were removed for lacking approvals and permits in contravention of the state building laws.
