Greece is expanding its military cooperation with Israel. Israel, which has signed a new defense agreement with Greece, announced that it had signed a new defense agreement worth 1.5 billion euros, including the opening of flight schools.

According to the Israeli Defense Ministry, a flight school is planned for the Greek air force together with Israeli defense company Elbit Systems, and Greece will purchase 10 M-346 trainers from Israel.
