The U.S. says that Iran could produce enough material to build a nuclear bomb in just 12 days. This breakout time is down dramatically from the last estimate of a year. They note that while Iran may have the supplies for a bong, that doesn’t mean they have the ability yet to construct it. The U.S. says it will not standby and allow Iran to become nuclear, as it rushes to prepare military action and to try to revive diplomacy.
