Johnny Mercer: Employment opportunities for veterans higher than ever

Employment opportunities for veterans are "higher now than they've ever been in our history", says Veterans' Minister Johnny Mercer.

According to the Office for Veterans' Affairs, the employment rate among veterans has increased from 83% last year to 87% in 2023.

Mr Mercer said getting veterans on the payroll is good for business, adding that it is the "best decision" a company could make.
