Planes continued to stun crowds for the second day at the 13th edition of the biennial Aero India show at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bangalore on Thursday.

There were a range of aircraft on display, with the indigenously developed Tejas-LCA helicopters and Surya Kiran aircraft stealing the show, as the Indian Air Force's Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team and Sarang helicopters also conducted aerobatic displays. The event was inaugurated by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.

Sukhoi, Rafale, Hawk and the American B-1B Lancer heavy bomber were among the other star attractions. The aircraft took part in flypast in 'AatmaNirbhar formation' as well as the breathtaking 'Trishul formation' by Sukhoi Su-30MKI fighters.

Apart from the air show, companies from all over the world are exhibiting their latest aircraft until Friday at Air India 2021. The event was postponed to this year due to the pandemic.
