North Korea says if the U.S. doesn’t stop its hostilities, it will be considered a declaration of war. North Korea considers joint exercises and the deployment of assets to the region to be “hostile”. The U.S. and South Korea are currently in talks to deploy a nuclear powered aircraft carrier to Korea next month.
