It's a year since Operation Pitting - the British military's evacuation mission from Afghanistan - was launched.
Over 1,000 troops, diplomats and officials were dispatched to Afghanistan to rescue UK nationals and Afghan allies after the country's capital fell to the Taliban.
More than 15,000 people were airlifted to safety in just over a fortnight.
Sian Grzeszczyk has been looking back on the mission.
