Nangako ang Estados Unidos na magpapadala ito ng dagdag na patrol vessels, mga eroplano at iba pang military assets bilang suporta sa modernisasyon ng Armed Forces of the Philippines.

Ayon sa US gov’t., malaking tulong ang mga kagamitang ito para mapalakas ang maritime at tactical lift capabilities ng PH military.
