Tempelhofer Feld is one of the world's largest inner-city parks. An area without any motorised traffic, it offers plenty of space for family outings, recreation and summer barbecues. Berliners love to skate and ride their bikes on the concrete runways, sit in the grass chatting with friends and take their dog for a walk.
After the closure of Tempelhof Airport in 2008 the city of Berlin has regained the vast urban space which includes the former terminal building, numerous hangars and the airfield. The 300 hectare field with the two runways was opened as a public park, the "Tempelhofer Feld", in 2010 and has since grown in popularity among residents and visitors alike.
I used Canon 6d Camera and Mavic Air 2 Drone to record the shots.
