The German-made drone helping Ukrainian forces gather intelligence

Ukraine will soon benefit from the arrival of 105 Vector Drones that can fly without a pilot or operator and can spend 120 minutes in the air.

Created by Germany's Quantum Systems, the Vector Drone is an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), part of an unmanned aerial system (UAS), and it can be used to gather intelligence using autonomous technology and a powerful camera.

Thirty-three Vector drones are currently being used in Ukraine, with Quantum Systems confirming that 105 more will be sent to help the Ukrainian armed forces in their fight against invading Russian forces. The first package of UAVs was ordered by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in August 2022.
