Finding jobs after a military career can be challenging, but Britain's growing renewables sector is one area in which the experience of Armed Forces personnel is being harnessed.
More than 14,000 men and women have left the UK Armed Forces in the past two years and an event at Silverstone has offered those who are looking to life after the military to meet some of the companies looking for new employees.
