Being able to fly around unseen is important, it gives vital time for decision making and precision strikes. The NGAD and B-21 aircraft are perfect for discrete operations, where they can sneak in, destroy what they need and head back home all before the enemy realizes what happened.
The NGAD is a USAF sixth-generation fighter initiative with a goal of superseding the F-22 Raptor, and the B-21 is a strategic bomber which is part of the Long Range Strike Bomber program.
