How would have been a Second World War in 1930 with a Communist Germany? Force on the field, weapons, tanks, aircraft, naval forces, which type of submarines?

Let’s suppose that after the First World War, in Germany, there is a communist uprising. A civil war begin, and in 1923 the Communists win, as happened in Russia.
Germany is now a Soviet Republic.
The war would have been Capitalist against Communism.

Communist block:
Soviet Union, Trotski is the leader.
Germany,.The German leader is Liebknekt.
Italy. Togliatti seized the power in 1923.

Hungary.
Bulgaria.
Slovakia.

Capitalist block:
USA
British Empire.
Canada.
Australia.
New Zealand.
India
France, headed by Petain.
Japan.
