This series is designed to teach someone new to DCS, or to sim flying in general, the basics. This lesson is not specific to any one airplane, it applies to all fixed wing jets. I cover how to control the plane during approach and how to preform a landing flare used to put the wheels on the ground gently. Specifically the lesson is designed to just give you the basics skills needed for landing, without getting into procedure.

I try to present everything in simple terms, and don’t get into all the details that explain the ‘why’ of everything. That way if you want to be a more causal sim pilot I don’t bore you with excess stuff.
