The United States, Russia, China, Britain and France have agreed in a #jointstatement that the proliferation of nuclear weapons and nuclear war should be avoided. "We firmly state that nuclear war cannot and should never be won... Nuclear weapons must be for defensive purposes... and to prevent war," the statement said.
