Rapid Trident 2021: East Europe Ukrainian & Polish Paratroopers Air Jump From C-130 & Fast Rope Insertion/Extraction System.

*The Rapid Trident 2021 multinational exercise is an important step for Ukraine on its path to NATO, and it is intended to increase the level troop efficiency as well as to improve the compatibility of the headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the United States and other NATO members.*

In this video:
- Ukrainian and Moldovan Land Forces train on Fast Rope Insertion/Extraction System (FRIES) and Special Patrol Insertion/Extraction System (SPIES) with use of a Ukrainian Mi-8 helicopter as part of Rapid Trident 2021 at Combat Training Center-Yavoriv near Yavoriv, Ukraine.

- Members of the US 173rd Airborne Brigade, Ukrainian 13th Airborne Battalion, and Polish 25th Air Cavalry Brigade conduct airborne operations during rapid Trident 2021. Rapid Trident 2021 involves approximately 6,200 personnel from 12 nations, Sept. 20- Oct. 1, 2021, at the International Peacekeeping Security Centre near Yavoriv, Ukraine.

- US, Ukrainian and Polish paratroopers jump from C-130. U.S. Army paratroopers with 1st Battalion, 503rd Parachute Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team conduct a joint airborne operation from a C-130 Hercules aircraft alongside Polish paratroopers and Ukrainian paratroopers from 15th Battalion, 95th Air Asault Brigade.
