In this video, I'm showcasing the most effective way to clear out grunts: Terrify.
Important skills are:
1. Brutalize (Reckless Hate) - If you want to clear out large groups immediately
2. Freeze Pin (Brutal Cold) - If you want to chain stealth kill or stealth drain for arrows (Quiver of Souls) so that you can pin more
With freeze pin, you want to pin more orcs, rather than less, to ensure the orcs you want are terrified, and stuck in place, at your disposal. Otherwise, they just run away.
