This is a massive House-Rule System, an Unofficial Expansion, or my Independent Rules Overhaul of Global War 1936, version 2.0.
It is an unfinished work, about 85% complete, and likely rife with bugs, loopholes, and potential exploits that players would have a field day with. The individual pieces and independent rules have been variously tried out, but it was play-tested in its entirety only twice, with very interesting results.
Anything having to do with Aircraft was extensively tested, while the Navy has only been loosely tested. The diplomacy seems like it could be one of the weaker aspects, and would need to be play-tested quite a bit more to get all the bugs out.
We've had a game with a fun three-way civil war in Spain, and some vicious air wars over Europe that have not been seen by anyone playing A&A or GW36. Good stuff all around.
I do not stand by this game, and admit that it probably has many many flaws.
But it was pretty fun while it was around.
